Craig Crawford is a nationally and internationally recognized speaker, leadership consultant, and educator with 22+ years of experience building leaders across schools, corporations, and nonprofits.
As the 2023–24 Central Montana Superintendent of the Year and a TEDx speaker, Craig brings a rare combination of real-world credibility and stage presence to every engagement. He has presented at the ASCA National Convention, Kiwanis International conferences in Paris, Las Vegas, and Indianapolis, and to organizations across the United States.
Craig is the founder of Focused Consulting, through which he delivers keynotes, leadership training, and one-on-one mentorship. He is an unapologetic servant leader — anti-traditional, humor-forward, and relentlessly focused on helping people become the best version of themselves.
When he’s not on stage or in a boardroom, Craig is building his retirement cabin in the Montana mountains — by hand, alone, from the ground up.

Speaker intro script
Read aloud — approx. 60 seconds
Our next speaker has spent more than two decades doing the hard, real work of leadership — not studying it from the outside, but living it from within.
He has led as a teacher, a principal, a superintendent, and a business owner. He has spoken on stages from Paris to Nashville, delivered a TEDx Talk on bullying, and spent 13 years walking into Montana correctional facilities to speak directly to offenders about the ripple effects of their crimes.
He is the 2023–24 Central Montana Superintendent of the Year, the founder of Focused Consulting, and one of the most authentic voices in servant leadership working today.
He will make you think. He will make you laugh. And he will leave you with something real.
Please welcome — Craig Crawford.
Note to emcee: Craig prefers a warm, natural introduction — no need to read stiffly. Feel free to personalize one line if you have a personal connection to his work. He does not need music or a formal walk-on. Just your voice and a confident welcome.
